Our 'Let’s Have a Closer Look' onsite service is available as a standalone booking or a seamless follow-up to our virtual assessment. If you have already completed a First Look Diagnostic, the fee paid for that virtual visit will be fully credited toward your in-home diagnostic cost. We provide a transparent repair quote at this stage unless the specific issue was already found remotely. Once you approve the plan, we move directly into the expert repair phase.
3. Repair
Our master technicians execute every repair with surgical precision, utilizing factory-grade parts while treating your home with the utmost respect. Should you choose to proceed with our expert repair plan, your in-home diagnostic fee is fully credited toward the final repair cost. If you decide not to repair, this initial fee is retained to cover professional travel, materials, specialty equipment, and our technician's skilled time.
